Creative Casting Q3 net profit down 22.56% at Rs 1.03 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.30 per cent at Rs 12.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.78 per cent to Rs 11.28 crore from Rs 7.90 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 22.73 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.44 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 25.79 per cent to Rs 1.18 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.81 per cent in December quarter.
Taxation decreased by 3.64 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.55 crore).
